No Worries - We Are Far Away From Mumbai

We appreciate everyone's concern but I wanted to reassure everyone that we are okay. We are safely in our hotel in Delhi where security is significantly tighter than it was previously. We have been in touch with the US Embassy and are following their advice scrupulously.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Our hearts are with you.

Thanks for the message. Yes we were/are worried. I knew you were on overnight train to DELHI, but...Ellen forwarded your text message to us. We hope this was a one-time event and good times from now on. I do check your blog everyday (sometimes more than once). What a world we live in. Ellen would recommend extra ice cream today.

Thank goodness. So glad to hear you are all fine (as are the other several people we know in India -- my friend, Ann, and my brother-in-law and family). Enjoying reading your blog, seeing your pictures, and imagining the experiences you are having.

We're so glad you posted to let us know you are safe, well and far away from Mumbai. Now that we know you are alright, I can let my in-laws turn on the news!
We've been thinking about you and following your travels. We printed some of your recent posts and read them yesterday while driving to Maryland for Thanksgiving. The posts are terrific! Erin says "hello" to Nora. She says they aren't doing graphs anymore. She'll post a comment of her own shortly. The trip sounds great. I want to take our kids camel and elephant riding! Safe Travels. Elizabeth

We're so glad to hear that you're all okay. David passes along the following message to Nora "I love what you’re writing (reading your blog). I would like to go to India one day. Did you ever get to feed a camel? Love, David
ps You need to finish your whole entire Jewish studies packet." Lily wishes you all a "Happy Valentines Day". Love, Isabel

Hi Nora, I have a question for you. What was in the Golden Temple? You are sooooooo lucky to spend your birthday there!!! About the snake, I would say the same thing that Nick said.Do you think you know what type of snake it was?
What city are you in right now? I sort of miss you since your not in my class.

Keep having fun.
